Granlund is a fast-growing specialist group in the real estate and construction industry. They are building a sustainable and smart future together with their customers and stakeholders. Granlund has more than 1000 professionals in 27 offices throughout Finland.

The collaboration between Finitec and Granlund started in the early summer of 2021. Granlund's goal was to standardize the use of data and reporting between different units, replacing the previous, sometimes fragmented, solutions. Experienced talent with the ability to implement data architecture and -governance was seen as a prerequisite for the project's success.

Timo's work started with a week-long auditing and defining, from which the work progressed to technology choices, designing and later piloting the governance models, and collecting and integrating data sources.
